Entourage account passwords

i have Entourage 2004 with the latest service pack installed, but since
i have installed it on my new Powermac Dual 2Ghz, i'm having trouble
with a couple of my accounts not remembering their passwords. it's not
a fault with my isp because my Powerbook isn't having the same issue.
what can i do? is this a known problem? any suggestions welcomed.
