Entourage accounts getting locked...

In a pc dominant, Microsoft Exchange environment, two of the macs
recently upgraded to Entourage from Outlook are having very odd
problems.

Every hour or two, their email accounts get locked and I have to call
the Help Desk to get their accounts unlocked, then everything works
perfectly.

The users say they are leaving the program open and in the background,
and when they go back to it later to send/check email they're told
they can't because password is incorrect/denied. Every single time
we've looked and discovered the account has been locked by the server.

Any idea what Mac Entourage could be doing in the background that
would trigger the Exchange server to do that?
