I was a away on business and my wife calls screaming - "all my emails
are gone!" Her entire entourage information has dissapeared and she
was looking at the "welcome to entourage" email as if it was just
installed. That's not the end...
When I got home and opened my intel chip duo processor
powerbook...wallah..the same thing happened. Two macs, two empty email
folders. Anyone out there have any ideas what happened and how to fix
it and recover the lost info? I already tried rebuilding the dbase.
One more thing, when I was away, I opened my entourage while doing tech
support for my wife, and everything was fine, but I was showing her how
to switch identities and I had several but she only had 1 identity.
Nothing to switch to.... which i got to believe that can't be good.
And I just check my identities again and I only have one plus the
backup which was done after the problem occured.
