Entourage Address Book Disappearance

Howdy,
Recently I loss all my addresses after deleting a few duplicate addresses.

What happened?
Well, I was deleting addresses, quite a few, and cleaning up my address book
files. I went away for a few minutes in another program and came back to
finish the deletions, and, POOF... Everything was gone in my address
files.

Got an ideas how this happened or why?

I reloaded my addresses, closed and restarted the program, started deleting
again, and, POOF... about a week later it disappeared again!

What can I do to correct this problem or is there a patch to fix it?

Do you have Sync Services enabled in preferences. Entourage could be syncing
with the Apple Address Book and depending on your settings if it¹s empty it
will erase all your addresses.
