Anyone knows if Microsoft is working on resolving the first name/last name
issue in Entourage? I find it baffling that they could take the time to
create 69 fields per contact, but they could not figure out the importance
of separate first names and last names. When one does a mailer on Word and
pulls the contacts from Entourage Address book one doesn't have the option
to select first name only in for example "Dear (first name)". Has anyone
heard of any update from Microsoft on this mess?
