Hi When I enter a name into the To: field, (I am sorry I am not sure what
this is called), I can get a list of names to select from.

How do I edit this please?

Some of these are from your Address Book, others are from your Most
Recently Used Addresses list.

This is called the Most Recently Used or Autofill.
