Entourage always opens in small/minimised window

Is there anyway to get Entourage to open emails in the full view/maximum
window size instead of having to click on the green button
Look on preferences and went to various forums but unable to find a solution

Are you talking about a full window with the email only open? You can try
this standard fix for window size.

Open window. Set size by dragging the window.
Click on the red close button.
Open window and it should remember the size you selected.

Most Entourage windows are too big and some always default to the top left
corner. PITB

I tried that yesterday and it did not work
