Entourage and Blackberry - Weird Formating

Hi,

I am a new user to Entourage and having a strange problem. When I sent an
email to a user with a blackberry, any "quotes" come out as numbers but
only on the blackberry.

for example, if I send the following email with Entourage

This is a "test"

to my own account, the blackberry shows

This is a 3test2

But the 3 and 2 are very small.

Any thoughts?

It's an incompatability between Windows and Mac character sets. For the most
compatability, you should use plain text, and the Western European(Windows)
character set, as well as turning off curly quotes. See the following link
