Users should be seeing HTML automatically. To view complex HTML messages,
the corresponding preference must be turned on (which it is by default). Go
to Entourage -> Mail & News Preferences (or Edit -> Preferences -> Mail &
News, depending on your version) and click the "Read" tab. Check both
options under the "HTML" header.
If that doesn't work and the user is running Entourage 2001, have him or her
increase the memory allocation setting for Entourage. Select the Entourage
program icon in the Finder, and go to File -> Get Info -> Memory. Set the
Preferred size to at least 20000K, hopefully more.
