Entourage and Exchange - Calendar recv's but not sends

I have issues with Entourage calendar items as follows

If someone on Outlook adds an event to the calendar of the individual, the Mac sees the calendar item. If that item is changed via a MS user or Web access, it changes in the Entourage calendar. If however the calendar item is added or changed by the Entourage user, it appears in her calendar but does not change on the exchage server. She also can't delete items on the server so she eventually creates multiple instances of changed appts

Second, she wanted her password changed on the server. When I did that it tossed the Entourage profile. She spent like 2 hours color coding the calendar. is there a way to assign the categories so it reflects that way on the serve

Third and last, when it did this it also lost her tasks. Can I get them back someplace and can tasks sync to the server

No. Categories do not sync with the Exchange Server.

If the Entourage identity with them is gone, no, you can't.
and can tasks sync to the server.

No. Task synchronization is not a part of the Exchange Update for Entourage

I agree that task and category synchronization for Entourage would be great.
You should submit the feature request. In Entourage X, go to Help -> Send
Feedback on Entourage. Otherwise, click on this direct link to enter Mac
