Entourage and Exchange Server Connection Problem

I connect to the exchange server at work using entourage. This has always
worked on my Powerbook G4, and still does. I just got an IMAC G5 and can't
connect using entourage, even though I can connect to the internet. All of
the settings on the two computers (G4 and G5) seem to match. I have
contacted Apple about this and they weren't able to suggest what to do.

I am wondering if there is a setting that I am missing or a known problem
that might be causing this?

Can you connect to the OWA (webmail) from this computer ?? If you can,
copy the URL from your web browser and paste it as the Exchange server
address in the Entourage Exchange settings to see if it helps.
