entourage and exchange server

when synchronising between an exchange server and entourage i'm finding
that a lot of folders do not contain any messages but many do. how can
i get the settings to synchronise all the messages on the server?

Someone else just had the same question. Here's what I said:

I would try restarting Entourage pressing down the alt key. From the
application that then shows up, completely rebuild the cache. It should
zero the synchronization and re-download everything. Hopefully the
messages will then make it properly to your Entourage account :-\
