Entourage and Exchange Setup

We are running Win Server 2003 and Exchange 2000 SP3 and I still
cannot connect to the Exchange with Entourage. I have tried both the
wizard and the manual but neither worked. I did confirm that IMAP is
enabled. My system is running 10.2.6 and DAVE 4.0*. Any ideas where
the problem(s) could be at.

Make sure that "enable http keep-alives" is check on the
owa SERVER DEFAULT WEBSITE

Go to the Mail tab and put your smpt service name there. Click
advanced and uncheck require authentication.

This is not always true... In my case I need "require authentication"
for isntance...
You could also add the free/busy server. This server is usually the same
one you access through http (providing OWA is enabled).
You can check whether OWA is enabled by trying to get to
http://your.exchange.server/exchange/you

The free busy server will then be:
your.exchange.server/public

Without this, you can't synch up your calendar and address book to the
server.
