Entourage and hotmail

I am trying to get Entourage to download Hotmail messages but I keep on
getting:

A message in your Outbox could not be sent using account "Mark Danta
Runbox." The server did not recognize the recipients or the server refuses
to allow you to send mail.

Plus a logon failure message


But everything seems to be set up OK - does anyone have any ideas?

Download and install the latest Office X updates, which are 10.1.2, 10.1.4,
and 10.1.5 (10.1.3 is unnecessary). They¹re available from Microsoft.
