Entourage and mobile accounts

Does anyone know if using a Mobile account will make Entourage hang everytime
it tries syncing with the server?

It's not a normal reaction. Mobile accounts are just locally stored user
folders along with a special cache of user names and passwords. I have
several folks at work who are mobile users.

Are you connected to the network while trying to sync or connecting from
outside your network?

It happens both times: on/off the network. It used to be only a couple
users, but now its happening to more.
