Entourage and MS Exchange 2003

Hello !

First of all, excuse my poor english.

How can I make my Calender available for others users in my office ? We use
Entourage v. X and Exchange 2003. The mail-part is working very well but I
can't find out how I can share my calender like I do en MS Outlook (working
with the same Exchange server). Do I have to wait for Office 2004 or maybe
use Public Folders ?

Where can I change the layout of the calender in public folders. The way it
is now all appointments show as an e-mail, with subject, author, size, etc.

Muchas gracias.

No need to worry, English is not my first language either.

You have to make sure the Free/busy server is setup properly in your
Entourage account. This will allow the address book and the calendar to
sync properly to the exchange server.
If you have webmail enabled, then the address should look like that:
www.mywemailserver.com/public

Then you'll probably need to access a Windows machine to setup calendar
sharing because the option is not available from a Mac.

You won't be able to see other people's calendar froma Mac either.
