Entourage and Outlook calendaring

I have a client that is using Entourage to check her exchange email
from home. She has access to a number of other users calendars and
contacts. When she updates another user's calendar from home the
changes are not showing up in the users Outlook calendar. Is this a
known issue or is something else entirely going on? Any help with
resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Is your client connecting to her Exchange account via OWA (i.e. is she
using the webmail address)?

Until recently, I had a similar issue where not only calendar items but
any item that I created at home was not synchronizing to my account at
work. Is she seeing something similar? Please have her test by creating
messages at home and then checking her Sent Items via OWA using a web
browser. Do the messages appear in her Sent Items there as well?

I'm not sure why, but I believe either an update to our Exchange server
or possibly a setting on the OWA server was changed that corrected this
for me.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem? I am seeing the exact
same issue and it is really frustrating!
