I am using a Mac G5 running Version 10.4.11 OS and Version 11.3.6 of
Entourage. When I get applications sent to me, I can not open them or
it freezes up when I get powerpoint presentations. Sometimes some the
pictures show up fine. Is it possible that the person sending me
things like the National Geographic Pics of the year and a powerpoint
presentation natgeo.pps has an older IBM computer that my mac will not
read?
I have no idea what to do so I am trying this first. Any help or
suggestion would be most appreciated.
