Entourage attachments over 300k fail after Exchange 2003 upgrade

Clients are OS ten, Entourage latest patches/updates. Using the
Exchange setup option, not imap

Sever 2003 r2, Exchange 2003- moved from server 2000 and exchange 2000.
Macs worked fine with 2000.

Clients cannot sent attachments over 300k. The recieving email
client recievces a message saying " could not open one or more
attachments" Recreating the user account did not help.

Configure "Mail" program that comes with OS X. That functions fine.
Imap vs Exchange???

The Exchange server event viewer is logging this message- Over and over
again
" Error 0x80070003 occurred while rendering message 0001-0000000c91cb
for download for user [email protected]."
and
" An error occurred calling into the Microsoft Exchange Information
Store service: the call
to EcOpenImailConversionObject failed with error 0x80070003."

Completely disabled AV program(Trend micro for exchange)-no differance

This appears to be a compatiabilty issue between Entourage and the New
Exchange server, but after "googling" every possiable string we could
come up with, we are posting this cry for help

Are all the patches installed on the server (Service release, etc...).
We have an Exchange 2003 server and we don't see that. I've also read
previous posts where people mentioned that a patch on the server
corrected the problem,

The exchange database was moved from C: to D: There is a key that
needs to be manally changed for the WebDav to work with Entourage

HKLM\System\Current control set\services\msexchangeIS\ParameterSystem

Working Directory key- this was incorrect. This caused entourage
to have problems; It also cause odd un-explained issues in WinOutllo9k
clients.

Problem solved and thanks to all that helped

Run the Exchange Best Practics tools, it caught the problem!
