Entourage auto delete message - URGENT

Our MAC entourage 2004 auto delete all incoming message . Also i have
checked no rules setup on entourage. Pls advice how can fix this problems.

I have try add more exchange user account in entourage, after start
entourage, the inbox all of message have benn atuo deleted. I want to
recover the old message , please advice the solution.

You do not mention if you have checked for mailing list rules, as Barry has
suggested. This is the most common explanation for auto-deleting messages.
To recover messages that have been deleted, you need to check if they can
still be found in the Deleted Items/Trash folder of your account.

OK. I have check the mailing list rules. Also i have checked the deleted
item and trash no mail. before i have create new exchange account in
account on entourage. But after run all the mail in inbox will deleted. Pls
advice how recover solution.

I don't know why your mail is being deleted but you can recover mail if
you can access the account using Outlook Web Access in a browser or
using Outlook for Windows. In OWA, click the Options button on the left
and then scroll to the bottom of the window. You'll be able to recover
your files here. In Outlook, selected the Deleted Items folder and then
select Tools --> Recover Deleted Items.
