Entourage Backed-up info is missing info

I upgraded to Panther(10.3.5) from Mac OS 10.2.8. I thought I backed
up all the info I needed to restore Entourage (+the rest of Office
10.1.4) but for some reason all my previous info is not there.
Perhaps someone can take the time to walk me thru the steps necessary
to restore.
I put a copy of my old MS User Data in the Documents Folder and put
the 'new' one in the trash but I am still getting nothing of my old
info.

Under OS 9/Office 2001 the correct location for your identity folder is in:

<Startup Disk:Documents:Microsoft User Data:Office 2001 Identities:

Under OS X/Office vX it's:

~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office X Identities/
(where '~/' is your current login's 'Home' directory)

Under OS X/Office 2004 it's:

~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office X Identities/
~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2004 Identities/

Make sure you put your main identity folder in there, then if you still
can't see it when you restart Entourage, try to change identities (it's
under the File menu) and see if your identity shows up in the list.
