Yes, if you enable sync services in the preferences in Entourage.
Be careful when you choose what to do on the first sync (i.e. if you
have data in Address Book and Entourage contacts, make sure you merge).
You may also find that you need to weed through your contacts in
Address Book (or, I suppose Entourage) after this first sync to get rid
of duplicates.
