Entourage beachballing after Tiger upgrade

I've recently upgraded to Tiger and have also recently installed
StickyBrain. Shortly after doing so, I've started to have Entourage
problems . . . program crashes and beachballs when I click on an email.
I've tried the following (multiple times) without success:

1. Configured Spotlight so as not to search in the Microsoft User Data
Folder
2. Rebuilt Entourage database and verified integrity
3. Reinstalled Entourage

If anyone has any further suggestions or can point me to a fix, I'd be
grateful.

Note: the problem seems to manifest itself when I click on and try to
read a newly-received email. I have Entourage configured for two
accounts, one an IPOP server (which seems to cause the most crashes)
and the other a Microsoft exchange server.

Exclude your Entourage mail folder in Spotlight indexing. System Preferences
-> Spotlight -> Private.

Exactly which folder (and its path, please) should be listed in the
Exclude box?

Thanks

Thanks for the suggestions. I've tried selecting and excluding exact
folders in which Microsoft Database data are stored, but I am still
having the problem. I can jury-rig a fix by going to Security under
Preferences and unchecking the option to view complex HTML messages.
However, this fix somewhat diminishes my ability to quickly read HTML
messages. At the same time, it also fixes a right justify problem
which has vexed me for some time.

If anyone has further perspective on how to get Entourage to work with
Tiger and read full HTML messages, I'd welcome the input.

Thanks,
JAK

For me, today's Tiger 10.4.1 update has fully returned Entourage to its
previous performance state.

Just did the Tiger update, but still having the problem. Very
repeatable; when set to display HTML messages (in preferences under
security), Entourage crashes when I select an HTML message. View is
set to use preview pane. Unchecking the HTML display box fixes the
problem. Anyone else having this issue?

Another reason to stay away from HTML emails. Text, text, text... :)
