Entourage: Calendar and Projects wiped outentirely for the 2nd time!

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I am SOO frustrated. This is the 2nd time that my information has been wiped out. I am ready to go back to iCal and Mail. I never had that problem with those applications. Entourage fits my needs more because of all the options, but everything is gone! Again!
It happened the same way again. I was updating a reoccurring scheduled event to a different day. As soon as I saved it, I saw everything on my calendar just disappear. It is no where to be found. I stopped backing up my calendar because with .Mac's backup, there were duplicates that kept being put into my calendar when it would sync.

Does anyone know what is happening?

What type of account? (POP, IMAP, Exchange)

It sounds like Sync Services is deleting your events. I would turn Sync
Services off and enable one sync at a time.

Projects should not be deleted. Can you explain more?
