Entourage calendar contacts availability

Hi! I have installed and set up Entourage 2004 for corporate use. So far it has been working perfectly, sending and receiving email, accepting/rejecting appointments, notifications, isynch, calendar use, etc. The only thing that still isn´t working is that when I try to setup up a meeting with several coworkers, I go to the Scheduling tab to see their agenda space availability, but the calendar keeps showing gray ("No information"). Does anyone know if there is any configuration I missed to have access to this?

Go to Tools > Accounts, and open your Exchange account. Click the
"Advanced" tab. Make sure that the settings under "Public folder settings"
are correct. Often, using the Exchange Server and adding /public to the end
will work.
