Entourage Calendar population of data from Address Book

Is there a simple way to have Entourage auto populate the Calendar with Birthday and Anniversary data from the Address Book?

No for blanket add, you have to add each contact's info from the contact
window under the Personal tab. The little icon next to the info has
option. Select “add to calendar”. Hope this helps!
