Entourage calendar vs. Palm and backup

Hi there,

I am using 10.2.6, and when I recently did this "update", I lost all
my calendar information on my Palm. I have been using OSX since
December and have not had any trouble until now.

I really need to get my calendar working. I have tried opening the
conduit settings and asking for Entourage to override the handheld to
bring my info back, and no such luck. I can't get the two to work or
communicate. Suggestions? Please??????????????

Also, how can I back up all this info in Entourage? I am extremely
scared of losing all my info, including my folders and subfolders
underneath my Inbox..they are client records and are very valuable.

Any suggestions?

Are you able to sync to Palm Desktop when you have those conduits enabled?
