Entourage Calendar

Since updating from Entourage 2004 to Entourage 2008 I can't print calendars from Entourage. I set everything up as before but hit the print command nothing happens and nothing is in Que.

1) Search for the file "Printing Forms" inside your Microsoft User Data
folder (~/Documents/).

2) If you have this file, remove it. Quit and restart Entourage
