Entourage calender entries

I have had a nightmare where the Calender application has duplicated
hundreds of entries. This is causing a blocking up of all the
application. I would like to remove ALL the entries in Calender
(Exchange Server) but cannot either remove it and start with a new
one, or delete all entries.
I have tried the New View and Select All, but it does not select any
other than the one entry. Most of the entries a repeating entries.

Use a custom view to display all events (select some criteria like 'subject
contains 'a' OR subject does not contain 'a'). You can then 'select all'
