Entourage cannot load files may have been removed

Please HELP!

I had to replace my main hard drive this week after it crashed and
burned. I was able to recover and move all the important data over to
the new hard drive. However, now it appears that "Entourage, Word,
Excell, power point cannot load the Microsoft Office shared libraries
becuase files may have been removed from their original locations" I
have tried fixing this by running the 11.3.0 update however the
installer could not locate the correct version of the software required
to install the update. What do I do to fix this? Your suggestions would
be greatly appreciated. thank you very much!

Run "Remove Office" located in the Office 2004 --> Additional Tools folder.
Install from the CD then update. Your Entourage data is not touched during
this process. Entourage stores all of your data in the Microsoft User Data
folder in your User's Documents folder.

To save your Normal Template:

The Normal Template is located in the "Templates" folder in your "Microsoft
Office" folder.
