entourage cannot use a secure connection to set delegationoptions"

I am trying to set up someone as a delegate and I am getting a warning
message stating:

"Entourage cannot use a secure connection to set delegation options"

Then when I try to make the delegation I set an error of

"Entourage cannot connect to the Exchange server (Error :65486)

We are using SSL to communicate to a front end server.

Any workarounds on the client side?
