Entourage can't connect

This is a school setting, and is driving me and my principal crazy. We're
the only two who have Macs.

We were previously able to connect using Entourage, until our district made
some type of change regarding authentication, and now we can't connect
through either entourage or Apple mail. We can still log into OWA
successfully using web browsers. Have had the admin reset our passwords.

Tried to start over, and use setup assistant to automatically configure, and
it returns the "unable to determine" message, and says it can't find info
on: exchange server, directory server, or free/busy server. The domain
settings have always worked before.

Ideas please!!

I assume you are talking about an Exchange server. DO you know if it's
Exchange 2003 or 2007?? (you should be able to figure it out connecting
through OWA).

Did you try copying the URL of the OWA server from your browser and
using this as the address of the Exchange server in Entourage?
