Entourage can't display Exchange message content

I'm having an issue where certain HTML messages on our Exchange server will
not display properly in Entourage 2004 v11.2.5, but they do display
correctly using Outlook Web Access.

In Entourage, the message appears blank. Scrolling through the message,
though, I can highlight invisible characters at the left side of the window
that, if copied and pasted into Word, are revealed as a series of carriage
returns.

Is this a known issue? Is there any fix?

There is a known issue where messages authored through OWA would show up
blank in Entourage - a fix to Exchange server was issued several months ago
to solve this problem.
