Entourage can't open communication device error message

Hi,

i have just tried to use a dial-up connection and have got this error
message. It has worked before, with no problems, dial-up, ethernet,
wireless. I have done what was suggested on this website re:
communication device and no change. I am using Version 10.4.4 and
entourage version 11.0.0. I can go online ok, just not use Entourage.
Very annoying.

Please help.

Before trying anything else, you need to update Entourage to 11.2.1. Under
Help in the menu bar select Check for Updates. I suggest setting Microsoft
Auto Update to automatically check for updates.
