Entourage changes imported iCal calendar start times

When I import a Leopard iCal calendar into Entourage 2004 (v. 11.3.6)
it changes the start times to one hour earlier. I checked Prefs: the
time zone is correct. This seems to be new behavior since I installed
Leopard. Anyone else experiencing this?

Is everything correct both in the system and Entourage?? The time zone
is the same in *both*?? I sure don;t see that on my Mac,
