I've just recently switch to a Mac. Got the latest MacBook. Thinking that I will now leave the world of Microsoft behind for good! Well... I forgot something, we are using exchange in the office and hence the need for Entourage. Well.. no surprises there... it's a crap product.. I've had it for 3 months and the only time our folks in IT manage to get it to work was for 4 hours and now.. it's stopped working again.

My biggest wish is for Apple to come up with some thing that will help us get rid of the need to even come close to Microsoft! The world will be such a better place.

So what's not working? Everything I read on this forum -- I've experienced it... so there you go...

It would help if you'd give specifics of your problem so that it can be
diagnosed. Many people use Entourage heavily every day without any trouble.

Mail.app works with some Exchange servers, depending on configuration.
Personally I don't like Mail.app, but YMMV.

That is not helpful in diagnosing your problem. But if you only came here to
vent, cheers.

First, please keep in mind that these newsgroups are peer-to-peer. There
isn't much we can do. The best way is to send feedback to Microsoft .

When working in Office, you can use the ³Send Feedback² option under the
Help menu in all of the Office applications.

If you want help, then give us some details.
