Entourage conduits for Handspring Visor

I'm sure this has asked, and answered, a million times, but I've searched
and can't find the answers....

I have a Handspring Visor deluxe, and I've installed the Entourage conduit
(does it always launch in OS 9?), and the installer puts the conduit in the
Library.

Problem is that when I sync, no data is being transferred from the mac to
the handheld. I've done a hard reset, reset the user name, etc.

Can anyone tell me a couple of things?

1. where should the entourage conduit go?
2. where should the extension go?
3. anyone know why every time I do sync (unsuccessfully), I get a message
that I need to reset the visor?

Open your Hotsync Manager. Once launched,

Go to top menu and click on HotSync and go down to Conduit Setting (Or you
can just press Command J)

Select the user name to make changes if there are more than one user.

Double click Entourage Conduit.

Make changes in there.

Thanks. I found out the problem today; I was using the conduits for OS X,
but not for Entourage X. I downloaded the proper conduits and everything's
working properly now.
