Entourage Connecting to Exchange 2000 full patched

I had connected my Entourage client via IMAP and it worked for a while. Now
it doesn't work anymore and I don't know why. I'm looking for the best way
to configure Entourage to connect to Exchange 2000. I was reading about
WebDav. Is this the best way to do this? Can you guys point me to a good
knowledge base or a good support website

A good place to start would be the "Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac
Resource Kit"
<http://www.microsoft.com/mac/resources/resources.aspx?pid=resourcekits&r
k=office2004>, which includes the section "Working with Exchange Server".

Using WebDAV would mean you would be taking advantage of Entourage's
Exchange server functionality and not using IMAP. However, the results
are similar: email is synchronized. You would also get the added bonus
of getting to use Exchange features such as group calendaring.
