Entourage Contact Attchment

Hi,

my president put Microsoft Exchange account into Entourage. But, into his contact, he put doc file into contact but he can see the text "doc1.doc" and he cannot open it. Why and how he can open this file

I'm not getting what he did. The easiest way might be to start over in a new
Identity and enter the correct info. Delete the old Identity when you
finish.

Contacts in the Address Book cannot contain attachments. Did he possibly
Link to it? If so, his .doc file must remain in place on his computer or
else the Link is broken.
