Entourage contact categories

Two questions:

1. Would like to be able to print a phone list sorted by Category. In
Outlook, you can define a View and print that, but this doesn't seem
possible in Entourage. The closest we've come is to filter by each
category, then print selected contacts in a phone list, but this
doesn't even give a header on the printout indicating which category
was printed.

2. Would like to be able to export selected contacts by category into
an Excel spreadsheet. Unfortunately, Category is not an exported field
(even though every other field in the Contact is), so filtering the
entire contact list in Excel for the category is not an option.

You can export by Category. File->Export. Select "Items that are in a
Category" then select category in popup. Select only "Local Contacts".

Thanks, but exporting by category only seems to be an option if I
export to an Entourage archive, not to a tab-delimited text file. Is
it possible to open an Entourage archive in Excel or any other app?
