Entourage Contacts Photos don't Hotsync

I can Hotsync successfully on my Treo 755p,but the photos in my
Contacts don't sync. Is there a way to make this happen?

Currently, Entourage's contacts photos don't sync with anything,
including Apple's Address Book. Please be sure to let Microsoft know
you'd like to see this feature in future versions by using the Help -->
Send Feedback mechanism in any Office application.
