Hello --
I'm running exchange 2003, and have 2 new Mac Mini clients with
Entourage 2004 (fully updated). I'm connecting over WebDAV. Entourage
does not seem to be saving any of the contact or calendar info locally.
Even if everything is left up and running, it loses sync. Almost
every day, the calendar is blank again, and has to re-sync ALL data
(this process takes about 1-2 hours... why so long??). Same with
contacts, but that isn't as big of a deal, since it can get the job
done faster (still 1-2 minutes, rather than instant on a PC).
Is it just slow because of WebDAV? Is that somehow keeping it from
saving the data locally, or remembering what was in the calendar view?
All suggestions appreciated; let me know if i can add any more info...
I really want this to work to prove to the office that Macs are a
viable platform, but this is killing me!
