Entourage crash when printing

Entourage 2004 running on Mac OS 10.3.5 abruptly crashes whenever I try
to select Print from File menu.

Any ideas???

Hi,

Check whether it happens with all the applications. Try copying the contents
to the other application like Microsoft Word and try printing and check
whether you are able to print. If it prints from the other application then
try deleting the Entourage preferences.

Also try printing from the other mail and check.

The path for the Entourage preferences is <Harddisk> / Users / Home Folder /
Library / Preferences / Microsoft / Entourage preferences.
