entourage crashes on send and receive

Try this (from an earlier thread):

By the way, I solved it by opening up my mail server though a browser and
deleting the offending email from there. Entourage works okay now.

I've done that too. But, it gets old real fast! I've just about given up
on Entourage for my e-mail because of this and imported my Entourage folders
into Apple Mail and started using that instead. It handles the offending
messages just fine and doesn't force me to go to my mailbox via my browser
(which is incredibly slow).
