Entourage crashes on startup

Running OS 10.3 and Entourage now quits on start up. Get error message to
send to Apple which states that: "Exception: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (0x001)/
Coes: KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE (0x0002) at 0x00000000.

Have rebuilt database both ways, and it still crashes. how do I solve this
problem. please respond directly. thanks,

Launch Entourage with your network *NOT* connected, turn off the Junk Mail
Filter, then connect and get your mail.
