Hello Stephen,
There are at least two others of us who are having this problem. We¹ve both
posted fairly recently.
I was surprised that fewer people are having this problem so went digging
further back and found your post here.
I see it was not responded to in the newsgroup.
Has someone directly sent you a fix, or have you figured it out on your own?
