Entourage Crashes when you press M, T, or E

I work for computer support a Bemidji State University. A
hand full of our mac users are having this trouble:

When they are using entourage and they press the M, T, or
E keys, the program quits on them. Do you know of any
solution. Thanks a bunch.

Try a typical rebuild (if that doesn't work, do an advanced). Quit
Entourage (and all other Office apps), hold down the OPTION key and
open Entourage (make sure you keep the OPTION key down). You'll be
presented with the rebuild menu there. Let it run its course and see
if that helps.
