Entourage Crashes

After installing Office X 10.1.4 and then 10.1.5 entourage
crashes when on Exchange account...there's an external
mail account that runs fine...I also recieve a message
stating that I need a personal certificate to access the
LDAP server which is on the exchange server error 2995 I
believe. I shut off SSL, and now it just crashes?
