Entourage create new mail view more address

When i create a new e-mail and type in a name in the "to" field. It
only show 8 max address that matches. The problem is i have alot of
johns in my address book and not all of them show up. I don't know
last name on all of them so i have to go to my address book first to
search than enter.

Is their a way to increase how many address that shows when type in the
to field?

No, there isn't any way to change that behavior. Just keep typing
additional letters, and the entries you're looking for will become visible.

I suggest using nicknames for your contacts with "John". The nickname does
not show up in the email address so you can put anything you want, so if you
want to use the nickname dingbat, then go ahead. eg: workjohn, myjohn,
bigjohn, oldjohn etc.
