Hi ... I am attempting to import addresses from an Excel spreadsheet.
I have converted the spreadsheet to CSV format.
During the Entourage import process, you are presented with 2 boxes.
The box on the right contains those fields that are "unmapped". The
user is to drag those fields into the box on the left which contains
"mapped" fields.
When I attempt this process, dragging the "unmapped" fields does not
work ... after dragging, they just snap back to their original
position.
Am I missing a step in the process, doing something incorrectly?
I have done this routine in the past with other contact management
applications, and have never had an issue. This one is a bit
frustrating.
Any help is appreciated!
